An extract from the report:

The library remains a very important facility to most students. During the national teachers’ strike most students had to use the library as an education centre as they had no where to go. In the course of these three months, October and November  were very busy months compared to December where by most  people had gone for the holidays, but  we had all the bursary students available. Jenny visited us in the end of December.
